Stavros Didakis (PhD, AFHEA, MA) is an academic, researcher, and artist whose work speculates on technological futures through architectural augmentation and inhabitant personalization. His research and practice explore sensorial interfaces, responsive ecologies, and computational frameworks as extensions of human environments. He has exhibited internationally at institutions and festivals such as Ars Electronica, Chronus Art Center, and TANK Shanghai, receiving commissions, grants, and awards in creative technologies. Didakis has published extensively in conferences, journals, and edited volumes, and currently serves as Associate Arts Professor in Interactive Media Arts at New York University Shanghai.
